Our program is designed to amplify family’s confidence and empower them with confidence in their child’s development - we aim to provide eligible babies and toddlers with help in acquiring skills that typically develop during the first three years of life especially when they are experiencing developmental delays.

This may include speech therapy, physical therapy and other types of services depending on the needs of the child and family. This program is suited for anyone 3 to 6 years old and especially those diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Down Syndrome.

Why is Home Based Early Intervention important?

The connections in a baby’s brain are most malleable in the first 3 years of life. These connections aka neural circuits, are the foundation for learning, behaviour shaping and health. Over time, these connections get stronger and thus harder to break and change. Therefore, Intervention is likely to be more effective when it is done earlier in life rather than later.

Families benefit from EI by being able to help their child achieve milestones from an early age to increase their success in learning throughout their lives.

"Thank you Teacher Steffi. The demo on the pretend play is very useful. We did try that after the class. We had boxed pizza for dinner and had to top up the cheese before heating. So asked xxxx help, she participated but rather than putting the cheese on the pizza she ended up eating it. lols. Read the notes as well. Thanks for helping with responding to her name. She is still progressing on that. We working on that last week. Good that she was able to sustain it."
