Beyond striving to build strong communication skills and learning, we aim to also help every soul we meet in nurturing their talents alongside shaping their character and attain mental & emotional wellness during our sessions.

Our Team
At Illuminate Brilliance, we understand how critical early intervention is for young children to develop to their fullest potential. Our staff of highly educated therapists, with at least a Bachelor's degree and some with a Master's degree from local and overseas universities, are passionate about helping children overcome developmental challenges and build the skills needed for success later in life. We are here to provide parents with the support they need to help their children reach their fullest potential.
We provide curated tools and targeted therapy, aimed to equip children and individuals with special needs the opportunity to enhance their independence and achieve their highest quality of life. Every child and individual is unique to us here at Illu-Bri, therefore with our individualised program based on the principles of Applied Behaviorial Analysis (ABA), we guarantee significant learning opportunities that will maximise their potential and help foster meaningful relationships which will increase their quality of life as well.
Michelle Tan
Founder & Principal Therapist
Hi! I am Michelle Tan, Founder and Principal Therapist at Illuminate Brilliance. Coming from a background of Masters of Education and Developmental Psychology as well as being in the teaching field for almost a decade, I am still striving toward this passionate journey of blending academic excellence with practical application in the realm of inclusive education. My goal is to ensure each child receives tailored support that nurtures their unique abilities, achieve independence and to increase their quality of life.
Beyond the professional realm, I find solace in the fluidity of yoga, nurturing creativity through cross-stitching, and immersing myself in the vast worlds that books offer. These hobbies, like the diverse aspects of our therapeutic approach, enrich and balance my life.
My husband and I embarked on this venture with a shared vision – a belief that every child deserves equal opportunities to cultivate independence and reach their highest quality of life. At Illuminate Brilliance we are dedicated to creating an environment that fosters growth, understanding, and empowerment - for both parents and their child.

Greetings! I am Marcus Lim, Co-Founder and Operations Lead at Illuminate Brilliance. My journey in this venture is fueled by a profound belief that the quality of our relationships shapes the fabric of our lives. Together with my wife, we embarked on this mission with a shared vision - to provide every child with equal opportunities to cultivate independence and attain their highest quality of life.
In the realm of operations, my role encompasses the orchestration of the entire business, ensuring that the gears of our home-based center run seamlessly. I find immense joy in witnessing the positive transformations that unfold as our dedicated team works tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve.
Beyond the professional realm, I am passionate about fitness, finding solace in the discipline it brings to my life. In the quieter moments, I immerse myself in the world of fish-keeping and aquascaping, a hobby that mirrors the patience and care required in our therapeutic endeavors.
